Who we are

EDRIN is the group of independent, solution driven, not-for profit research organizations with a substantial role in defence research and development as part of a broader research portfolio.

EDRIN has been founded in 2019 by a core group of six members. Together, these six founding partners make up the steering committee and lead the upcoming growth process of the network.

After EDRIN has first been introduced to the broader public during the High-Level-Defence-Event of the Finnish EU-Presidency in October of 2019, EDRIN will now strongly increase its outreach activities across the entire European Union to ensure a broad representation of RTOs from possibly all Member States.
